Brandy Hill Honey is harvested by Neil from his small set of beehives in Brandy Hill, a semi-rural locality 40 minutes north of Newcastle, NSW, Australia. The bees forage on a diverse selection of eucalypts, natives and other floral plants, producing the distinctive product for which Brandy Hill Honey has become well-known.
